Text Message Terms

Effective September 25, 2026. These terms cover optional text messages from Wild Caught Seafood Exchange to registered users.

What you can receive

Depending on your role and the categories you choose in My Account, texts may notify you about bids and counteroffers, matching loads available for bid, market needs, replies to market needs, or new account requests. Details and actions remain in the app. You can reply to a market-need text to reach the sending manager.

Consent and frequency

Enter your own mobile number and select the text categories you want in My Account, then save. Consent is optional and is not required to use the app. Message frequency varies with relevant app activity and your choices. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and help

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can also turn off individual categories in My Account. For help, email brandlittle@icloud.com. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable depending on your carrier and service conditions.
